Lauren Zuniga to perform Wednesday, July 13th

Lauren Zuniga a nationally touring performance poet and teaching artist who performs “To the Progressives Plotting Mass Exodus”, will be our guest, Wednesday, July 13th.

Doors open at 6:30, performance starts at 7:00

Lauren Zuniga provides a performance of dynamic spoken word poetry and music in a fluid, interactive style. She uses vivid imagery and keen attention to literary craft to engage the audience and explore themes of social and self awareness.

Her work has been requested by a variety of programs including: Women and Gender Studies, Sociology, Health and Sexuality, Forensic and English Departments.
