In the wee hours…

With the last day of voting just hours away, it’s time to pull out all the stops with a final push to get Democrats to the polls in support of their candidates. Early voting numbers have been incredible! The problem is, we don’t know what percentage of those early votes are votes for Democrats. So, we must totally engage in the closing hours of the campaign to try and make a difference for Oklahoma.

This weekend, the final push is being made to get Democrats to the polls. Volunteers will be manning the phones to call registered voters for one last push to get them off their hands and to the polls. Candidates and volunteers will also be out walking the neighborhoods to make sure people in our community know what’s at stake.

From 1 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Sunday and 11 a.m. until evening on Monday, volunteers will at Payne County Democratic headquarters with their cell phones calling voters. There’s never been a better time to use those free weekend minutes to help your state than today. Even if you can’t come to headquarters, where we’ll provide lists of voters to call, contact your Payne County friends and neighbors and urge them to exercise their constitutional right to vote.
